Terms of Service (CONDENSED)

- Payments will be split into two phases (half needs to be paid upfront and other half needs to be paid after sketches are approved)
- All commissions accepted in DMS are for personal usage (Email if commercial usage)
- Do not sell/claim the artwork
- Provide visual references
- I have the right to decline any commissions
- Refunds are available until the sketch approval phrase; afterwards, refunds will not be accepted
- Nothing made by @hr_mri (HaruMori) may be used in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI and any future inventions)
- If you are not able to collect enough money for a commission in three months, the commission will automatically be dropped

Terms of service

1. General Terms
- Prices are subject to change based on demand
- I have the right to reject any orders that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason
2. Payment
- All payments are in USD (United States Dollars)
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment
3. Process and Delivery
- The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
- During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
- The time it takes to finish your commission varries depending on multiple factors, please understand that
- Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image with and without any watermarks.
4. Revisions
- You get 5 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece during sketching
- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made. Same goes to when you wish for me to change something you previously approved. The price depends on the change you want me to make.
- If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra price
5. Copyright/ Usage policy
- HaruMori claims the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer; therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
+ Promote myself with it everywhere
+ Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
+ Post it wherever I want
- The buyer is allowed to:
+ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media platforms, forums, etc.)
+ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own (in the case that they are your original characters)
+ Use the artwork to promote themselves (with credit)
+ Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings
- The following is considered copyright infringement
+ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way
+ Claiming the artwork as your own
+ Altering the artwork without my consent
6. Refunds and Canceling
- If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage, you will be refunded 50% of what you've paid
- If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund
- You'll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I'm unable to finish the commission
